Flexibility & Availability: Freelancer can work extra hours in nights and day time more over you can find every where.
Not Trustworthy: Freelancers works on several projects at the same time. More over, they works in other companies as a full time. If they have tight schedule or dead line of the project, They won’t be available. It’s pretty hard to fully control a freelancer.
